I know a few people that are struggling with change and I was not really sure how I could help them so I will point them to this blog entry. I guess I am one of those people who jump in with both feet and keep myself motivated by education and excitement. Being that I was pretty much a dysfunctional person physically and mentally at the peak of my illness, I was very motivated for change. I know myself though. To develop a habit I need to do something for at least a month. Right now I am on the path to do a green smoothie a day for a month. So far it is going well but I have had a few days that I just don’t really want a green smoothie. I know myself enough to realize that if I drop the ball I will just let this goal sort of slip away from me. Hopefully, at the end of these 30 days it will be a habit. Thanks again as this was very good and I always look forward to your new posts.Rosemaryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05941774064071564667noreply@blogger.com
